For this short trailer, the client wanted an upbeat, jazzy vibe.
By tailoring the music to the exact mood and pacing of the footage, we prove once again that a bespoke score can elevate a project far beyond what stock tracks can achieve.
Black Genius Academy (BGA) is a tech career exploration app that equips aspiring Black tech talent with resources and knowledge to identify, enroll, and succeed in technical education programs.
Through audio interviews with Black tech leaders, personalized career action plans, and coaching support, BGA demystifies fast-growing career fields - cybersecurity, ux design, and software engineering - to help learners discover what a career in tech can look like.

Scoring a short story might sound easy—less footage, right? Think again! When you only have a handful of moments to set the scene, every note counts.
Each cue must instantly spark emotion and glide seamlessly into the next—no time for drawn-out intros or dramatic build-ups. It’s all about pinpointing the perfect mood in a snap!
This particular short was created for the Google for Developers YouTube channel, proving that even the smallest stories can pack a mighty musical punch.

Google Developer Groups (GDGs) unite developers and technologists to learn, connect, and grow around Google’s technologies and experts.
For this piece, the producer wanted a mellow, acoustic sound that would evolve alongside the visuals. To achieve that, I underscored the gradually building animation with a traditional ensemble of guitar, piano, mandolin, and upright bass—layering each instrument to create an organic progression as the on-screen elements unfolded.
